Investment Banking Services

Responsibilities And Qualifications:

Join our Debt Capital Markets Investment Banking team in supporting all phases of transactions from origination through execution:

Primary responsibilities include:

• Executing debt placement transactions, including deal marketing, generating term sheets, and managing the process through due diligence and closing.
• Origination of new debt placement opportunities.

Additional responsibilities:

• Conducting due diligence analysis on investment banking clients.
• Coordinating and preparing for due diligence calls.
• Editing and creating deal marketing documents and PowerPoint presentations.
• Outreach to potential lenders and investors.
• Participating in calls and meetings with prospective clients.
• Cultivating relationships with executives.
• Conducting research to identify new banking opportunities, public companies, industries, and M&A transactions.

Desired qualifications:

• Experience in debt capital markets, debt placement, or lending.
• Undergraduate degree in Business (Finance or Accounting) preferred.
• Preferred licenses: SIE, Series 79, 7, and 63.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with finance professionals.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial statements.
• Exceptional organizational skills, work ethic, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
