Job Description
Join our team as an entry-level Institutional Sales Representative and play a pivotal role in expanding our institutional equity sales:
- Identify and qualify institutional investors such as mutual funds, hedge funds, pension funds, and family offices.
- Market the firm’s equity transactions and offer corporate access to investors.
- Coordinate and book deal and non-deal roadshows both domestically and internationally.
Qualifications
- College degree preferred.
- Series 7 license preferred.
- Strong work ethic and effective phone communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Ideal Candidate
This position is ideal for individuals looking to enter the institutional sales sector or transition from the retail side of the business with less than 1-3 years of experience.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $32,500 (paid bi-weekly)
- Commissions: Paid monthly, in addition to base salary.
