Overview

Our suite of services includes mergers and acquisition, divestitures, institutional private placement of equity and debt, equity underwriting, negotiation assistance, fairness opinions, due diligence, recapitalization, valuation, and strategic advisory services.

Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborating with the investment banking team, you will be responsible for all aspects of equity capital markets related transactions from origination, to preparation and execution.

Primary responsibilities will include:

• Networking and origination efforts to identify new issuer clients, primarily focused on IPOs, follow-on offerings, PIPEs, M&A advisory services and fairness opinions.
• Negotiating new engagements.
• Due diligence analysis of investment banking clients.
• PowerPoint presentation critiquing, editing and creation.
• Building relationships with senior executives and board members.
• Taking a leadership role in the preparation of transactions to go to market.

Requirements & Skills

• Undergraduate degree in Business (Finance or Accounting).
• SIE and series 79 licenses.
• 3+ years of relevant investment banking experience.
• Both analytical and interpersonal skills - ability to effectively communicate with finance professionals.
• Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint and financial statements.
• Strong organizational skills, work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Positivity, self-motivation and an entrepreneurial spirit.
