Mr. Mangan has more than 10 years of experience in the securities industry serving in management positions in Equity Capital Markets, Investment Banking and Equity Syndicate. As Managing Director and Head of Equity Syndicate of ThinkEquity, he is responsible for coordinating ThinkEquity's proprietary public and private offerings while maintaining relationships with leading investment banks to facilitate the firm's participation in syndicated offerings. Prior to ThinkEquity, Mr. Mangan was Senior Vice President of Investment Banking at Joseph Gunnar & Co., LLC. Kevin started his career as Syndicate Manager at Maxim Group LLC. During his time at Maxim, Kevin was involved in all aspects of the firm's syndicate business. Following Maxim, Kevin was Vice President, Syndicate Manager of Global Equity Capital Markets at Rodman & Renshaw, LLC. In over three years at Rodman, Mr. Mangan assisted in the origination, marketing and execution of nearly 100 public offerings, including over 25 lead-managed public offerings, as well as several lead-managed private placements. After Rodman, Mr. Mangan was Vice President, Syndicate Manager at Aegis Capital Corp and a founding member of the firm's Global Equity Capital Markets department. In four years with Aegis, the Global Equity Capital Markets department completed over 100 offerings as book-runner or co-manager, raising nearly $3 billion in gross proceeds. Mr. Mangan is a Series 7 licensed Registered Representative and Series 24 licensed General Securities Principal. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from the University of Miami.
