Mr. Quartuccio is Head of global trading operations for ThinkEquity, including the NYSE Trading Floor. Mr. Quartuccio has been on Wall Street for over 26 years.Phil was CEO of Illustro Trading. He has held senior trading positions at Janney Montgomery Scott, Arnhold & S. Bleichroeder, Labranche, Brown Brothers Harriman and most recently, Tullet Prebon ICAP. Mr. Quartuccio has been part of development of the NYSE Third Party Algo (TPA) program that enables algorithmic access to the NYSE Parity order types for quantitative automated trading. Phil is member of the New York Stock Exchange Technology Committee. Mr. Quartuccio holds FINRA Series 7, 19, 24, 57, 99 and 63 registrations.
