Joe Jaigobind has been in the financial services arena for over 30 years. The Senior Managing Directors and Joe have originated and raised in excess of $60 billion in capital markets transactions as the Sole Book Runner, Joint, Co-Manager, or as a Syndicate Member. He began his career at Shearson Lehman American Express in the Private Client Group. He later served as Senior Vice President with Investec Ernst & Co, Head of Capital Markets for Rodman & Renshaw, and was an Executive Managing Director & Head of Capital Markets at Maxim Group.  Over the past three decades, Mr. Jaigobind created and built investment banking, equity capital markets, and institutional sales departments at many boutique firms. Mr Jaigobind is currently a director of Empourus Limited, a quant trading technology company focused on Generative AI. Mr. Jaigobind was a Chairman's Circle Member of the US-India Business Council and was a Director on the Board of the US-Pakistan Business Council. He was also a member of the Susquehanna Investment Network based in Lewisburg, PA. Mr. Jaigobind has previously served on the Board of Directors of Care Management International.
